Whitepapers : home
This section is just a collection of papers/essays about various subjects relating to the web
and development. Mostly there is a bias towards Information Architecture.
What is this Information Architecture then? Here is a definition (culled from
Argus Associates)...
Information architecture;
"The art and science of organizing information to help people effectively
fulfill their information needs. Information architecture involves
investigation, analysis, design and implementation. Top-down and
bottom-up are the two main approaches to developing information
architectures; these approaches inform each other and
are often developed simultaneously."
I'm still in the process of converting relevant parts of my
MSc Dissertation
into a more Web ready format (previously Word doc). Three chapters have now been completed.
